On 21 April, our team joined the Shift Happens conference in Belgrade, organised by O.U.R. HR. And yes, before we get to the takeaways: Belgrade’s HR vibe is a solid 10/10 from us.

Our team headed to Portorož for the Slovenian HR Congress with a clear mission – to chill HR. But to do that, we first needed to check the actual state of HR stress.

We started with coffee and croissants and ended full of ideas, new insights—and a few healthy dilemmas. At this MintMinds brunch, we tackled a highly relevant question: how can companies systematically and thoughtfully develop AI competencies? The eHRM team spent HR.Weekend in Rovinj learning, connecting, and sharing ideas in a relaxed seaside atmosphere.

At the HR&M Festival, we presented our HR Master and his seven ninjas. They also brought some special gifts for the visitors.
