Sponsorship of Disrupt HR: We support cutting edge ideas

This march Ljubljana is hosting a new event concept designed to energize, inform and empower people in the HR field. Among supporters of the new ideas is also eHRM.

eHRM is a proud sponsor of the first Disrupt HR in Slovenia. The event is being held on 10th March 2020 in SiTi Teater BTC. With the slogan: The Rebellious future of HR, the main goal of the event is to leave attendees inspired to think differently. 

Format of the event

Fourteen presenters will have only 5 minutes each to present their topic relevant to the human experience in the workplace. 

One of the speakers at the event will be Nataša Dremelj, head of HRM program. In her presentation Transparency: Trust vs. Micromanagement, she will discuss modern leadership and how information and trust can help co-create a healthy relationship between a leader and an employee.
