In this case, regular and quickly obtained feedback on the advantages and desired behaviors among colleagues is indispensable. With kudos, each individual is aware of their strengths, so that they can further use them in their work. In this way, a culture of positive feedback and learning is cultivated in the company.
This functionality in eHRM allows each employee to praise members of his team or other colleagues regarding work done, attitude to work, outstanding achievements, etc. Kudos have pre-defined content (Thanks, Top, Appreciate it, Amazing, Superb), and each company can adapt them to their own culture (e.g. company values) or specific wishes.
Peer to peer feedback
Regular and quickly obtained feedback between colleagues is crucial for any company. Colleagues are an excellent source of information, as they often know the work of team members from other perspectives, sometimes even better than the manager.
This functionality in eHRM allows each employee to ask his team members or other colleagues about his work and thus get different opinions. For example:

- How do you rate my last presentation at the kick-off meeting?
- What things can I improve in my leadership of our team?
