People often say that technology succeeds or fails at the moment it meets people. When it comes to HR processes and internal communication, this is especially true.
If you ask HR teams what the biggest challenge of HR digitalization is, you’ll rarely hear “choosing the right system.” More often, you’ll hear questions like: How do we get employees to embrace a new way of working? How do we convince leadership that digitalization is truly necessary? And perhaps the biggest challenge of all—how do we find the time for it in an already busy workday?

On 21 April, our team joined the Shift Happens conference in Belgrade, organised by O.U.R. HR. And yes, before we get to the takeaways: Belgrade’s HR vibe is a solid 10/10 from us.

Our team headed to Portorož for the Slovenian HR Congress with a clear mission – to chill HR. But to do that, we first needed to check the actual state of HR stress.
