Knowing how important it is to share knowledge and best practices, this year we attended the Rethinking HR at Scale panel together with our partners. The discussion on our side was led by Dejan Stojanović, joined by guests Irena Mijailović from UniCredit Bank Serbia and Jelena Solajić from EL PHARMA PHOENIX Representation Services.
The discussion explored several key topics: why they chose eHRM as their digital HR solution provider, why EL PHARMA PHOENIX Representation Services decided on a cloud-based implementation, what their experience was like during the system rollout, and which functionalities proved most valuable in day-to-day practice. They also highlighted how eHRM enhances employee efficiency and supports the broader adoption of digital solutions within organizations.
Irena Mijailović from UniCredit Bank Serbia shared insights into our long-term collaboration and explained how eHRM has evolved alongside the bank’s HR processes. She emphasized the major benefits of integrating eHRM with other systems and the customizations that have delivered the greatest impact.
