INSPHARMA: Digitalization of HR processes and simplification of HR work

INSPHARMA d.o.o. is constantly upgrading and improving its work. With the help of eHRM, they have digitised HR processes and simplified the work of both the HR department and the employees.

Despite their small number of employees, they have decided to implement five eHRM modules. These, among other things, give them a comprehensive overview of the key data necessary for effective work with their employees in one place. They can also identify talent faster and foster a culture of continuous learning.

Employees can easily access their basic information, such as the number of vacation days remaining, length of employment, training and exams completed. They can also check their goals, report absences and fieldwork-related expenses, anywhere and at any time.
