Na oktobrskem virtualnem dogodku je naša ekipa predstavila novosti in izboljšave eHRM, ki zaposlenim ter kadrovskim ekipam poenostavljajo izvajanje kadrovskih procesov.

Za nami uspešen dogodek o pomembnosti interne komunikacije

Jesenski dogodek smo tokrat namenili izmenjavi dobrih praks o tem, kako komunikacijo s sodelavci prilagoditi njihovim potrebam ter tako povečati obveščenost in pripadnost. Z nami so bili Evelin Rečnik (Unior d.d.), Matic Moličnik (Kamino d.o.o.) in Urška Ojsteršek (Petrol d.d.).

Successfully navigating the hybrid work mode

Based on my experience of building relationships with colleagues and working effectively, I believed that daily face-to-face interaction was essential. However, when I had the opportunity to try out the hybrid working in a new company, I realized that it had certain benefits. Switching to occasional remote working required some adjustment and adherence to some ground rules.

Pri interni komunikaciji pogosto izhajamo iz potreb podjetja, je pa za učinkovito izmenjavo informacij z zaposlenimi ključno v ospredje postaviti prav njih. Dobre prakse, kako komunikacijo čim bolje približati sodelavcem, so predstavila podjetja Unior, Kamino in Petrol.

Knowledge transfer, individual career development, social interaction and networking – yes, the benefits of a mentorship program for a company are numerous. Recently, however, I realized that these benefits extend beyond the confines of the office.
