Selecting a new employee is a process with several stages (from preparing the vacancy notice and reviewing the applications to conducting the interviews and so on). With a large number of applications or vacancies, this process tends to become demanding or non-transparent. Using the Staffing module, the process of selecting new employees is digitalised, becoming more adaptable and simpler.

Even the very first stage (the vacancy notice) can be prepared within the module. All applications submitted via the website are directly recorded in the corresponding vacancy. Information about the candidates (the job which the candidates have applied to, dates of applications, cover letters, CVs, etc.) are thus available in one place.

Transparency and inclusion of employees in recruitment process

When selecting a new employee, the transparency of the process is essential. Since the stages of the recruitment process vary from job to job, the Staffing module allows for the activities of each job vacancy to be determined individually (review of applications by the HR department, review of applications by the manager, interviews, etc.).

Multiple employees can be included in the selection of a new employee. They are assigned tasks in eHRM, such as additional CV reviews or participation in interviews. Thus, in addition to the manager, other employees also get a chance to submit their assessment and provide their opinion on the candidates.

What is more, the module provides a comprehensive overview of what stage of the selection process each candidate is at. To make the job even easier, candidates or so-called candidate cards can simply be moved between activities using drag-and-drop.
