With the personnel records, you will have at your disposal all important personnel data, their history and the history of changes at all times. It allows you to manage the life cycle of the people in the organization and to fully implement the processes – from concluding the cooperation, introduction, changes, to the final termination of cooperation. In addition to employees, you can also monitor other external staff with whom the company entered in a business relationship (students, contractors or hired workers).
The module supports basic personnel processes (employments, registration of basic data, education, qualifications, family members data, assignment to the workplace, and placement into the organizational structure). The module helps you to prepare employment contracts, you can print out forms and other documents, monitor how information about the employees changes and you can cancel employment contracts as well. By managing data in one place, the module allows you to simplify and speed up administrative tasks.
Set up and maintain an organizational structure with any number of hierarchy levels. Organizational units can be opened or reorganized. Check the structure for any date in the past and plan your future organization. Work posts can be placed in the organizational structure and employees may be posted to specific jobs as well. Change of employees between jobs can be recorded and linked to new layouts within the organization. Moreover, with the personnel records you can keep a systematization with all mandatory and relevant information about jobs (code, title, job description, required work experience, etc.).
You can calculate the days of annual leave and prepare related notes. The module also fully manages absence of the employees – from predicting and validating the leave to recording and planning the absence.
